reported a 27 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at ₹1,362 crore for the fourth quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2025. The company had recorded a net profit of ₹1,070 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

Total revenue from operations increased to ₹5,241 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹4,256 crore in the corresponding period last year, the company said in a regulatory filing.

For the full year (FY25), Eicher Motors posted a net profit of ₹4,734 crore, reflecting an 18 per cent growth year-on-year. Revenue rose to ₹18,870 crore from ₹16,536 crore in the previous financial year.

The company’s board has proposed a final dividend of ₹70 per share of face value ₹1 each for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.

Eicher Motors shares ended 0.56 per cent higher at ₹5,451 apiece on the BSE on Wednesday.
