Features of the app
-One key feature is the ability to locate EV charging stations. The myHyundai app provides access to a network of over 10,000 EV charging points across India.

-The app also includes an EV-saving calculator. This tool allows users to analyse potential cost savings related to vehicle maintenance, running costs, and emissions, helping them understand the advantages of driving an electric vehicle.

-Hyundai introduced a 'Test Drive Engagement' function for select models in 2025. This feature aims to improve the user test drive experience by providing real-time status tracking within the myHyundai app.

-Customers who schedule and complete a test drive through the app receive a special reward.

In 2024, the app facilitated numerous customer interactions. Over 9,43,000 customers accessed insurance policies through the app. Additionally, more than 6,62,000 users utilised the service cost calculator. The app also handled over 15,000 yearly roadside assistance requests. The myHyundai app also processed over 8,000 service bookings monthly.
