Minda Corporation Limited, the flagship company of Spark Minda, reported a 8.7 per cent year-on-year rise in its revenue in the fourth quarter of FY25 to ₹1,321 crore.

The company also declared a strategic partnership with Flash Electronics, acquiring a 49 per cent equity stake, to create a fast-growing EV platform. The board of directors recommended a final dividend of 45 per cent , which is ₹0.90 per equity share.

Minda Corporation's quarterly EBITDA reached ₹153 crore , marking its highest-ever EBITDA margin of 11.6 per cent , a 17 bps year-over-year improvement. During the period, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹65 crore , with a margin of 4.9 per cent , while the net profit reached ₹52 crore.

Collaboration with Flash Electronics

The strategic partnership with Flash Electronics aims to leverage the complementary strengths of both companies. Minda Corporation specialises in automotive body electronics, while Flash Electronics focuses on automotive engine and powertrain electronics.

This collaboration is expected to enable both partners to build a diverse and expansive product portfolio, complementing each other’s growth.
