Remsons Q4 net profit falls 9% to ₹1.58 crore

Remsons Industries Limited

reported a 9 per cent year-on-year decline in its standalone net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25 to ₹1.58 crore from ₹1.73 crore in the same period last year. However, for the full financial year ended March 31, 2025, PAT rose 25 per cent to ₹11.08 crore from ₹8.85 crore in FY24.

The company’s consolidated revenue for FY25 reached ₹376.58 crore, up 20 per cent year-on-year. Operational EBITDA stood at ₹37.35 crore, while profit before tax rose 19 per cent to ₹19.25 crore. In Q4, revenue increased 31 per cent to ₹106.18 crore, and operational EBITDA rose 37 per cent to ₹10.96 crore.

Order book and acquisitions
Remsons reported an order pipeline worth ₹700 crore, supported by contracts from global automotive manufacturers. To enhance its product range, the company completed three acquisitions during the year: a 55 per cent stake in sensor specialist Uniautomation (India), a 51 per cent stake in Bee Lighting (UK), and full ownership of Magal Cables (UK), which manufactures cables, winches, and pedal systems.

Chairman and MD, Krishna Kejriwal said, “We’ve not only met our targets but surpassed past records. This is a defining moment in Remsons’ journey.”


Operational focus
With a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.63, Remsons said it continues to maintain financial discipline while investing in R&D and product development. The company supplies components such as control cables, gear shifters, pedal systems, sensors, and lighting products to OEMs in India and globally, with facilities in India and the UK.
