reported a 9 per cent increase in profit after tax (PAT), excluding exceptional income, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reaching ₹936 crore compared to ₹855 crore in FY24. The company’s consolidated revenue rose 20 per cent year-on-year to ₹16,775 crore, up from ₹14,031 crore in the previous year.

Q4 performance

The Board has approved a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share, or 75 per cent of the face value.

Uno Minda’s revenue growth was supported by key categories including switches, lighting, casting, seating, and EV-related products.
