, has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra. The plant spans over 87,000 square feet and is intended to support the company's plans in the electric vehicle (EV) sector, including both domestic and export markets.

The facility incorporates automation technologies, precision assembly lines, and sustainability measures aimed at enabling high-volume production. Digitalised operations and robotics-driven processes are expected to improve efficiency and allow the company to respond to market changes.

Ajinkya Firodia, Vice Chairman, Kinetic Group, said, “This facility represents our commitment to shaping the future of mobility with world-class manufacturing excellence. Plans for expansion and export
The new plant is part of Kinetic’s broader EV strategy focused on reducing the environmental impact of traditional vehicles and supporting India’s goals for electric mobility adoption. The company aims to serve both individual consumers and fleet operators through a range of EV solutions.

Kinetic Watts and Volts is also exploring export opportunities as part of its expansion plan, aligning with efforts to position India as a manufacturing base for electric vehicles.
