Akshaykumar Chudasamaas an
Independent Directoron its Board of Directors, effective 29 May 2025. The company stated that the appointment is part of its efforts to enhance
corporate governance, bring in
cross-border businessinsight, and support its long-term growth plans.

Background and industry experience
Chudasama brings over 30 years of legal experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Xavier’s College, University of Bombay, and an LLB from the London School of Economics, University of London. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and as a Solicitor with the Law Society of England and Wales.
Currently, he is Managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where he leads the firm’s Mumbai region. His work focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
